- strawberries
- natural liquid sweetener: maple syrup, honey, agave (or allulose for Keto)
- fresh lemon juice
How to make
See how easy and fast they are to make:
- Place all ingredients in the blender, and purée until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze a minimum of 3 hours.
- Serve!
This recipe is so quick you can make and eat them the same day.
Or, make the night before, and enjoy the next day.
Popsicles keep (stay the freshest!) in the freezer for one month.
Tips for the best popsicles
- Don’t overfill molds; otherwise, they’ll overflow and become sticky when you put in the handles. Leave headroom.
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for an extra creamy mouthfeel (and the lovely flavor). The alcohol in vanilla extract lowers the freezing temperature of the popsicle, to make them creamier.
- Use coconut yogurt in place of coconut milk for a thicker mix, tangy flavor and probiotics.
- Remove pops from molds by running under warm water, or by setting popsicles in a bowl of warm water for a few seconds.
