How to Poop IMMEDIATELY using Electromagnetic Fields is as easy as touching two spots on your body for one to two minutes! During this time, watch for results in your intestines, colon and rectum, as you feel poop move downward and exit the body.
In this article, I’ll quickly share how to stimulate bowel movements. This touch therapy can be used for general constipation — to get your intestines moving poops down the pipeline, so to speak. It also works well for: speeding up the pooping process, or: completing a bowel movement, getting all the poop out, for creating movement in your colon or rectum, for that final stage.
Avoid straining or pushing too hard with this gentle technique.
What’s the science of bioelectromagnetic fields
The basic premise of bioelectromagnetic fields is that we can induce neural (brain) activity that stimulates muscle contraction in our bodies.
As one scientific paper explains, “At the cellular level, the movement of ions across membranes creates electrical currents and associated magnetic fields.”
We create a form of signaling that our bodies can use for balancing that looks like this: “generation, transmission, and reception of electromagnetic fields within biological systems”.
We generate the signaling with our right hand, placed on top of the head upside down. The signal is sent to the left hand that receives it. The movement of ions between the two hands creates motion.
As I share in this post, “The palms of human hands have a positive electric charge. The backs of our hands have a negative charge. When we use the back of our right hand on the top of our head (connecting our brain) in conjunction with the fingertips of the left hand at the site that needs energy, we create a current path.”

Do this set of points while you’re on the toilet or beforehand, when you want to complete a bowel movement or create movement toward that end.
How to Poop IMMEDIATELY using Electromagnetic Fields
The point we’re going to touch with the left hand is found just below the base of the sternum; (the fragile bone under the surface is called the Xiphoid process).
1. Place your right hand on top of your head, upside down.
2. Use the first three fingers of your left hand, palm side down, over the base of the sternum area, with the index finger just under the Xiphoid process

spot. Tilt all three fingers at an angle so they’re facing down toward your tailbone area. Do not apply pressure; simply touch with your fingers.
Hold these hand positions for one to two minutes, or longer if preferred. Under your left hand, in your colon and in your intestines area, you’ll likely feel movement.
How to position your legs for the best poops
If you’re on the toilet, put your feet either on a toilet stool (like this) or, if you’re flexible enough, put the heels of your feet directly on the toilet seat.
Will this method work for everyone
If you need to have a bowel movement, I believe this method, at the very least, will create movement you can feel and sometimes even hear in your GI tract. Repeat: It will create movement for most people.
