3-Ingredient Lemon Electrolyte Popsicles are fruit juice sweetened, simple to make, so refreshing — and delicious! This thirst quenching treat is healthy and provides a great dose of electrolytes after exercise or summer sun! Perfect for grown-ups and kids!
(Homemade Electrolyte Popsicles can also be used to stay hydrated or as a comfort measure for sick kids.)
Ingredients in 3-Ingredient Lemon Electrolyte Popsicles
To make Electrolyte Popsicles, you’ll need:
- white grape juice (If you’re on a diet that uses only fresh juice, you can use freshly pressed juice in this recipe!)
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- potassium chloride, or 1 serving Electrolyte Powder (I use this DIY version.)
- water (I don’t count water as an ingredient. Or sub for pineapple juice if you want more color and the added flavor.)
How to make Lemon Electrolyte Popsicles
- Combine all ingredients in pitcher or mason jar: white grape juice, water, fresh lemon juice and potassium/electrolyte powder. Stir briefly to dissolve powder.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze 3 hours minimum or overnight. Serve.
