1cupwaterI don't count water as an ingredient. Or sub for pineapple juice if you want more color and the added flavor.
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in pitcher or mason jar: white grape juice, water, fresh lemon juice and potassium/electrolyte powder. Stir briefly to dissolve powder.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze 3 hours minimum or overnight. Serve.
