Ingredients

  • 2 cups white grape juice If you're on a diet that uses only fresh juice, you can use freshly pressed juice in this recipe! For keto, see Notes below.
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/8 teaspoon potassium chloride or 1 serving Electrolyte Powder (I use this DIY recipe.)
  • 1 cup water I don't count water as an ingredient. Or sub for pineapple juice if you want more color and the added flavor.

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in pitcher or mason jar: white grape juice, water, fresh lemon juice and potassium/electrolyte powder. Stir briefly to dissolve powder.
  • Pour into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze 3 hours minimum or overnight. Serve.

Notes

Keto sub for juice

Use 1 cup keto simple syrup + 1 cup water.
There are 1.2 net carbs in each keto popsicle.
