Oatmeal Banana Berry Smoothie (no added sweetener)
Oatmeal Banana Berry Smoothie with no added sweetener is a wonderful meal replacement -- with fiber, protein, carbs, vitamins and minerals. Or, enjoy it alongside a healthy protein. This delicious breakfast or hearty snack provides macronutrients, and it's satisfying.What surprised me the most when I first made it was just how GOOD it tastes, with no added sweetener.Use gluten-free oats, for a Gluten-free diet. This recipe is also Anti-Inflammatory, VAD and Vegan.

3/4cupblueberries and strawberries (3/4 cup total of both fruits combined), fresh or frozen (chop strawberries only if they're frozen); be sure to use all frozen berries for a thicker, slushier smoothie.
1-3/4cupoat milkor preferred milk of choice (you can also use kefir); use only 1-¼ to 1-½ cups milk for a thicker, slushier smoothie.
Instructions
Place ingredients into blender in the order they're listed: oats, banana, ice cubes, berries, then oat milk.
Start blending at slower speed, then increase as the harder items are processed. Increase speed, and blend until smooth, 45 to 60 seconds. Serve!
