Instructions
Place all frozen fruit into blender. Add 12 ounces milk and half the water. Blend until it's too thick to blend. Use a spatula to pop any air bubble by the blade. Add remaining water, and blend again until smooth, pulsing as needed.
Add optional sweetener and protein. Blend again until fully incorporated.
Serve.
