Strawberry Orange Banana Smoothie

Strawberry Orange Banana Smoothie is perhaps the most quintessential smoothie recipe there is. Instead of using orange juice in this recipe, which has no living nutrients, we use one whole orange! The smooth creamy texture of this healthy treat is perfect for breakfast, snack or dessert.

Notes

Optional ingredients

In the above list, two ingredients are optional: the sweetener and the protein.
Additionally, you may want to add:
  • DIY Electrolyte Powder
  • or similar: potassium for electrolytes
    • To add potassium to smoothies, use 1/8 teaspoon potassium chloride (find it here). This add-in is a great way to rehydrate. Potassium also helps with sleep and bowel regularity.
