Combine in blender all ingredients: avocado, Paleo mayo (or sour cream for LC), coconut milk (or heavy cream for dairy option), pickle juice, oregano, parsley or mint, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt and dried ginger powder. Purée on lowest speed until smooth, about 20 seconds.
Pour over, serve on the side, or toss, with salad. To store, seal and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
