1cupdragon fruitcubed, frozen OR 2 smoothie packs, cut in half (often in the freezer aisle at grocery stores with other frozen fruit; if fresh, peel and cube; then freeze)
1cupstrawberriesfrozen, cut in half or sliced to measure
2bananasfrozen, sliced or broken into smaller chunks
1/4cupraspberriesfresh or frozen
1-½cupsnon-dairy milk of choicesuch as almond or oat milk (for non-Paleo)

Instructions
Place all frozen fruit in blender: dragon fruit, berries and bananas. Add milk, fresh citrus juice and collagen/vegan protein powder.
Blend until smooth. Add a little more milk if needed and blend again. (The smoothie will be very thick.)
