Ingredients

  • 1 cup dragon fruit cubed, frozen OR 2 smoothie packs, cut in half (often in the freezer aisle at grocery stores with other frozen fruit; if fresh, peel and cube; then freeze)
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen, cut in half or sliced to measure
  • 2 bananas frozen, sliced or broken into smaller chunks
  • 1/4 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1-½ cups non-dairy milk of choice such as almond or oat milk (for non-Paleo)
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice or lime juice
  • 3 Tablespoons collagen powder or use vegan protein powder if preferred

Instructions

  • Place all frozen fruit in blender: dragon fruit, berries and bananas. Add milk, fresh citrus juice and collagen/vegan protein powder.
  • Blend until smooth. Add a little more milk if needed and blend again. (The smoothie will be very thick.)
  • Serve!
