1bananafrozen -- If you can't eat banana, alternatives are: frozen peaches (choose white for VAD), or freeze 8 ounces of non-dairy yogurt in ice cube tray, and sub in.
3/4cupnon-dairy milk of choice, such as oat or almond (Choose clean milks with 3 ingredients, or make your own.)
1 to 2Tablespoonscoconut sugaramount based on how sweet you want your smoothie (okay to sub pure maple syrup)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to high-powered blender. Blend until smooth, starting on one of the *lower speeds, about 1 minute. If all of your fruit (or yogurt) is frozen, you may need to use a smoothie stick to press down solids, or turn off the machine to remove air bubbles by the blade, then restart, intermittently until smooth. This recipe creates a thick slushie smoothie when frozen ingredients are used. (*The lower speeds work better on a thick smoothie.)
