Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce cup coffee darkly brewed, regular or decaf, piping hot
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa butter small chunks, wafers or pieces; okay to use half butter or coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon gelatin Perfect brand recommended, (omit if you're fasting)
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons honey (or stevia, to taste, for Keto version) or preferred sweetener, to taste (omit sweetener if you're fasting)

Instructions

  • Place hot coffee in your blender. Sprinkle gelatin over its surface. Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend on medium-low speed for 12 to 15 seconds. (Use caution when blending hot liquids.) Serve.

Notes

MCT oil variation

You can also sub in 1 Tablespoon of MCT oil, for the cocoa butter, if you'd like more energy or the other benefits MCTs offer.
