Cantaloupe Sea Salt Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups high-fat raw milk or use 1 cup milk + 1 cup grass-fed cream (for GAPS Diet: Use 1 cup coconut milk + 1 cup probiotic sour cream)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cantaloupe chopped small to measure
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 T. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and puree for about 40 seconds, until completely smooth and the honey has fully dissolved.
  • Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • Serve!
