It doesn't use coconut flour or almond flour but utilizes a new grain-free baking technique that I'm chomping at the bit to share. {Excited!!} That being said, for all the grain and gluten-free pizza crust options that exist, our family can't believe how much we love this option! Portobello mushrooms provide the best base for a pizza. We like this option every bit as much as a bread-y take on the classic Italian treat.
